Wow, coincidence or what? Two of my most favorite people.. Andy Roddick and Jason Mraz, both wrote on the same thing in their blog entries. No lies. Gosh I love them....:

".. okay so the sunglasses in Italy ... people wear glasses there that cover about 67 percent of their face. no joke ... it was like a train wreck... I just couldn't stop looking on in horror." - Andy Roddick, 5/16/06

"Congratulations ladies. You’ve done it. You've successfully created a fashion trend that makes you all look identical. What is up with the giant sunglasses?

To me beauty is in the eyes and more and more of you are concealing this beauty from the rest of us and coming across like a bunch of posh little snots. The worst part is that when you hide behind a cheap pair of automobile windshields, I can't tell that you're actually 13. Damn it! A guy could get into a lot of trouble looking the wrong way you know." - Jason Mraz, 5/9/06

Yes, according to them, ditch the bug eye sunglasses.

Anyways, So these past two days, Lenny, Kev, Bjay, Cat, Nella, Fran, and Dan have helped me out at the cafe. It looks a lot better than what we started with, but we just gotta get some PAINT up in there. It just looks ugly cause of the gross white walls, stained with coffee and spiderwebs. Yesterday, we too all the pictures down and started to figure out some of the equipment. We had dinner in there after to discuss the plan for the next couple of weeks. Today we cleaned the kitchen area, which is A LOT better than what we started with. That place was pure grossness when we started. We threw away so much junk, no lie. My mom started to clear out the webs in the cabinets and such, but there still a lot to do. Thank you guys who have helped me out, heart! You guys are the best! Friday and Saturday I'll probably go there to clean some more, and Sunday will be painting day! It'll be painted a color called "full sun." Awesomeee! I can't wait for this place to get back together. I'll spend all my time there! Yay sumemr project!

It felt nice to take a shower. After taking all those gross things on the wall, I don't even want to imagine how dirty I was. I can't believe the previous owners operated in that place. It was filthy. Good thing my mom is a clean freak. :]

School is awesome now that we're not really doing anything! I figured out that I'm only going to have a final in 2 of my classes. Two real finals anyways. Photo is our porfolio which I'm about half down with. BC is done with, for English, our final is our video, and for journalism.. ha! This is great.

We got our cap and gowns today! YAYAYYY!! I can't wait to graduate. It's going to be so sad leaving everyone, but boy am I tired of MHS or what!!!

EVERYONE BUY CHINESE FOOD FROM INTERACT NEXT WEEK DURING MULTICULTURAL WEEK!!! We're selling on Monday and Thursday!

III such an awesome, tiring weekend
     May 14, 2006 // 10:19 PM

So these last few days have been a little tiring, but it was well worth it. Friday was the bday party. Muchos love to everyone who came. You guys are the super bestest. Good (shit) talks, good times. We basically spent our time talking crap and doing random things on myspace, searching for kenny's lover, and playing games. Woot. The group minus Alison, Ivy, Billy, Bensooon, Jlo, and Larry and who ever else im forgetting :(

YEP! And then, I went to bed to get ready for the long day ahead of me. I wokr up at 8, took teh Subject A requirement test, and raced home to shower and pack for prom night. I left for Nella's, where we watched America's Next Top Model Marathon while doing our hair and make-up. Fuuunny. Anyways we went ot school, took pictures, got to BART, and watched Fran and Hugh make it onto the last train in the nick of time. That was classic. We all felt realyl out of place, but whatever. :] The BART ride was short cause we had a lot to talk about and be excited about. And it was also funny watching Larry wave at random people. :P

After getting to SF, we had to walk and try our luck at getting to the Hilton near Chinatown. A lot harder than I thought. Boo on my for not bringing a map. Anyways, we got there at around 7 after asking a billion different strangers on the street, including a French guy who didn't speak English. I forgot my reservation receipt but it was okay. We got our rooms, but on different floors. :( It was reallllllllllly nice though! We ended up getting late to the restaurant, Tony Roma's. An hour late to be exact. Oh well. We all got burgers and sandwiches, in hopes of getitng our food faster and enabling us to get to prom on time. Oh well. We were still half an hour late, but there was a long line anyways. :] The dance itself was alright. A little "prama" but I so sick of that stuff that I really don't care anymore. It's really stupid, but whatever. I had a good enough amount of fun, although, I was really freaking tired from the rushing all day.

After the prom, it took us an hour to get out of the parking garage, and we finally made it to the hotel, 2 mintues away, at 2-3ish. We stayed upa nd watched tv and talked until 4 and everyone passed out, except me. :( I can't NEVER sleep in hotels! And plus, guys snore. :( BOOOOOOOOOOO. But it was fun anyways. We pigged out on junk food and made a gigantic mess of our room. Kevin insisted on making himself a burrito, or a mummy wrapped in bedsheets. It was a fun morning none the less. Sorry room service :( We checked out and then headed to Chinatown for breakfast/lunch at the usual Washington Bakery & Restaurant. We're regulars there now. haha. I had yummy Hainan chicken, but I couldn't stuff it down. So full from the night before.

After leaving SF, Dan drove to New Park to drop of his tux, and at last, the prom trip was over!

And instead of getting some sleep, I went to the cafe to check things out. It needs a lot of cleaning work, and remodeling. eeek!

III one eight!
     May 11, 2006 // 10:04 PM

Finally legal. YEAYUH.

Today however, was not the best of days. Oh well. Didn't get the PTSA scholarship. Fran and I were cheated. Oh well.

Thanks for all the birthday bday wishes mofos. Much love <3

Tina from RYLA called me and left me a vm, saying "hey it's Tina your sister..." and I was like.. what the.. this doesn't sound like Tian (my ACTUAL sister). Then she went on to say RYLA-sister. :) She's so sweet.

WELLLLLLLLLLLL then.
Long day tomorrow.
Even longer day Saturday.

For the first day, basically, this WHOLE year, I have NO homework. Good enough birthday present.

For some reason, I wanted to blog about how happy I was that 2/3 AP tests are over, but suddenly, I just got really sad/angry after going through myspaces. I don't know, I just have problems. But I'll rant about that later.

The worst is over for my AP tests. Calculus BC and English. Hawwwwt damn. I think I did okay on BC, but English? no. fcking. way. HA.

I think I'm just really irritable right now because high school pisses me off. Everything about it. I hate the people there. I hate what it makes you into. And I really really hate what people turn in to. I hate how people treat each other and I hate the way you feel when you think you have something, but you see it just slip off the tip of your fingers. Wow, I'm turning so melodramatic. But really, I don't feel good now, and I don't have the guts to talk to one about it. I suck. I just kinda hurts my 10-year-old feelings. >.<

I'm turning 18 in exactly one week. I really need to learn to just forget about somethings and appreciate just what I have and who I have to celebrate it with. It's kind of weird for me. I can't imagine myself growing up. It feels really good when I just forget about things I like to worry about, and just be careless, but I could only do that for so long.

29 more school days left before I'll never see some of these people again.

I can't wait to graduate.

Gosh damnit guys, we're so fcking old. gtfo.
